This kit produces a dark amber, Bavarian style brew, yet still fairly light in taste and body. Malt taste prevails over hops, with overtones of sweetness similar to Heineken Dark, Spaten or Hackerpshorr

1 can of hopped darkr malt extract
2 Lbs. Dark dry malt extract
6 oz. Crystal grain
1 Grain bag
1 oz. Hop pellets
1 Package dry Ale yeast
5 oz Priming sugar
Bottle caps
